**This fee will be charged on an annual basis until notification to remove applicant from update service is made in writing. The initial fee will cover the cost of registering for our online service and each subsequent annual fee will cover the cost of an annual check. A request to add an application to the update service can only be made at the time at which a request for a new check is made, which will also be subject to the new check fees as described above.

Not everyone is eligible to be checked. If you are unsure if your organisation has the right to ask a member of staff or volunteer to undergo a check, please click on the government link below for the most up to date eligibility criteria.

Once you have completed our no-obligation pre-registration application below, a member of our team will be in touch. Please note that it is your responsibility to read the Guide to Eligibility for DBS Checks and confirm to us that you believe that your organisation is eligible to conduct checks. If your organisation is accepted onto our programme, a welcome pack will be issued to you by email, which will include our terms of business. On accepting and signing up to our terms, you’ll be ready to start using the system.
