Our online solution and website are compatible with all browsers with no restrictions. In line with the Equality Act 2010 our services are available to everyone who needs them.
Our screens are W3C AA compliant in line with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. Our online solution is accessible to users with disabilities and is website responsive, meaning users can easily adjust font size and colour/contrast settings on most devices. We have made every effort to ensure that our images and displays are accessible to those with visual impairments or those who require additional support.
Currently around 80% of users complete DBS applications forms via a tablet or hand held device. Our solution is both web and tablet responsive allowing users to adjust or pre‐set their screens in line with the requirements.
